All sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We carefully inspect and package each item to ensure it arrives safely. Luxe Natural Decor is not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling during unboxing. To avoid damage, we strongly advise against using sharp objects when opening your shipment.

Please note that minor variations may occur. While we do our best to accurately represent each piece through photography, natural materials vary in color, form, and texture. These distinctions are part of the character and uniqueness of each item.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include the following: video while unboxing, photos of the outer packaging and the item itself so we can assist accordingly.
